Buddy Experience collects the information you provide during registration so we can manage your membership, communicate with you and make Buddy Experience experiences more relevant.

What we collect

This may include your name, email address, mobile number, selected interests, communication preferences and consent choices.

How we use it

We use membership information to operate Buddy Experience, manage member communications, provide relevant offers and invitations, and—where you opt in—identify potentially relevant product sampling or merchant experience opportunities.

Merchant campaigns

Buddy Experience should not provide your full contact details to a participating merchant merely because you match a campaign. Where a campaign requires direct merchant contact, the member should be informed and an appropriate consent or participation step should be used.

Your choices

You may change communication or sampling preferences and may request access, correction or deletion of your membership information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
